Combat Armory CA-15 Pistol Features The Combat Armory CA-15 Pistol is built around a 7.5 inch barrel machined from 4140 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel a material chosen for its strength and heat resistance under repeated firing. A Melonite finish on the barrel s bore and exterior improves corrosion resistance and reduces friction which can extend barrel life and ease cleaning compared to a standard phosphate finish. The barrel is threaded at 1/2x28 and ships with an A2 flash hider installed giving the shooter the option to add a muzzle device later. A pistol-length gas system paired with a low-profile .750 gas block keeps the handguard slim while cycling reliably at this shorter barrel length. Both the upper and lower receivers are machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with Type III anodizing a mil-spec level of hardcoat protection that resists wear far better than a standard anodized finish. The upper carries M4 feed ramps a forward assist and dust cover built to mil-spec dimensions while the free float M-LOK handguard includes a full Picatinny top rail for mounting optics or sights. A Picatinny rail on the receiver gives the CA-15 Pistol a ready mounting point for a red dot sight suited to this AR pistol platform. With a pistol-length buffer tube a 10-round magazine and mil-spec fire control and safety components throughout the Combat Armory CA-15 Pistol is available for sale at GrabAGun for shooters who want a reliable compact 5.56 pistol.
