Combat Armory AR-15 Billet Stripped Lower Receiver Features The Combat Armory AR-15 Billet Stripped Lower starts life as a solid block of 7075 T6 aluminum machined rather than forged to tighter tolerances for a cleaner fit with compatible upper receivers. That billet construction gives builders a strong precise foundation to start an AR-15 build from the ground up. The integrally machined Magpul style trigger guard eliminates the need for a separate pinned guard reducing one more part that can work loose or break over time. A flared magwell is built into the design to guide magazines home quickly during reloads. Finished in black this stripped lower accepts standard Mil Spec AR-15 components giving builders flexibility to pair it with the fire control group stock and grip of their choice. Combat Armory machinists take pride in parts built to the standards relied on by military police and civilian shooters. As a stripped lower it ships without a trigger group so builders can select a fire control system to match their intended use from duty carry to competition. This receiver gives any AR-15 build a dependable precisely machined starting point.
