Cold Steel Mini Trapper Features The Cold Steel Mini Trapper carries two polished 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blades a 2.6 inch clip point for piercing and general cutting and a 2.7 inch spey blade shaped for skinning and field dressing game. Both blades fold from the same end of the knife in the traditional Jack Knife pattern a layout long favored by trappers and outdoorsmen for its versatility in the field. The plain edge on each blade holds a keen working edge that is easy to maintain with a few passes on a stone. A nail nick opening system keeps the profile slim in the pocket while still allowing quick access when a blade is needed. The handle is built from authentic jigged bone a natural material that develops character with use while offering a secure substantial grip even in gloved hands. Polished metal bolsters at each end of the handle add durability where the knife sees the most wear and contribute to its traditional old world appearance. A closed length of roughly 4.13 inches makes the Mini Trapper easy to carry in a pocket all day without added bulk. Whether used for domestic chores hunting camp or everyday carry the Cold Steel Mini Trapper brings a time tested pattern back into daily service.
