CobraTec Knives Jackal Features The CobraTec Jackal uses a push-button automatic deployment system that snaps the 3.38 inch D2 drop point blade open instantly with a single hand making it fast and reliable when quick access matters. The D2 blade steel is finished in a black stonewashed coating that offers excellent edge retention and durability for repeated daily cutting tasks. A thumb recess with stippling near the blade s spine provides added leverage and control during more precise cutting work. A slide-bar safety switch locks the blade closed during carry preventing accidental deployment in a pocket or bag. Lightweight G10 scales in OD Green give the Jackal a comfortable non-slip grip without adding unnecessary bulk to the overall package which measures 8 inches overall when open. A right-hand tip-up pocket clip keeps the knife positioned for quick discreet access throughout the day while the lanyard hole offers an additional carry option. The button lock mechanism keeps the blade secure once deployed giving users confidence during use. With a 61 Rockwell hardness rating on its D2 steel the CobraTec Jackal is built to hold an edge through everyday carry demands.
