Check-Mate 1911 Full Size Magazine Features The Check-Mate Magazine for 1911 Full Size pistols is built from steel a material choice that gives the magazine body strength and dimensional stability over repeated use. Steel construction also helps the feed lips maintain their shape through thousands of loading cycles supporting reliable feeding over the long term. This magazine is purpose-built for full-size 1911 platforms chambered in .45 ACP holding a full 8 rounds in the classic single-stack configuration. The matte-blued black finish matches the traditional look most 1911 shooters expect from their magazines. Check-Mate Industries manufactures and develops every magazine entirely in the USA a point of pride that translates into consistent quality control and fit across every unit produced. Having a reliable spare magazine on hand is essential for 1911 owners who shoot regularly or carry the pistol for personal defense. The 8-round capacity keeps the magazine true to the original 1911 design while still offering practical capacity for range use or carry.
