Canik Full Size Magazine Extension Baseplate Features The Canik Full Size Magazine Extension Baseplate replaces the factory baseplate on a Canik full size 9mm magazine adding three additional rounds of capacity in the process. An 18-round magazine fitted with this baseplate reaches a 21-round total capacity giving shooters more rounds on tap before needing to reload. That extra capacity is useful in competition stages home defense scenarios or simply for extending range sessions between magazine changes. The extension is built from a combination of steel and aluminum balancing strength with manageable added weight at the base of the grip. Installation follows the same basic process as swapping any aftermarket baseplate replacing the factory floor plate without requiring modification to the magazine body or spring. The black finish matches the factory finish on most Canik full size magazines and pistols keeping the look consistent. Because the extension is designed specifically for Canik s full size platform fitment is direct without the need for spacers or adapters. For Canik 9mm full size pistol owners who want more rounds per magazine this +3 extension baseplate is available for sale at GrabAGun.
