Black Gold Ascent Verdict Features The Black Gold Ascent Verdict uses .019 inch Micro Groove pins to give archers a fine precise aiming reference that minimizes target obstruction compared to thicker pin designs. The PhotoChromatic shell adjusts pin brightness automatically across changing light conditions keeping pin clarity consistent from bright midday sun to low light dawn and dusk hunts. The sight housing measures 1.75 inches striking a balance between a wide enough sight picture and a compact snag-free profile on the bow. A fully micro-adjustable third axis allows fine tuning of sight alignment for uphill and downhill shot angles which matters most on steep treestand and mountain shots where a few degrees of cant can throw a pin off target. Anodized aluminum construction and a weight of roughly 9.4 to 9.7 ounces keep the Ascent Verdict durable yet light on the bow so the added adjustability does not come at the cost of a bulky or heavy sight head. First and second axis adjustments are standard adjustable giving archers precise control over bow-to-sight alignment during initial setup so the pins track true across the full range of yardages. The Dial of Death system lets shooters dial directly to a pre-determined yardage with a single indicator needle speeding up shot preparation in dynamic hunting situations where range and time are both limited and 54 sight tapes are included to match a wide range of arrow and bow setups so the sight can be calibrated to the individual shooter s exact rig. The sight mounts via an X-Frame or 4 inch dovetail configuration for broad compatibility across bow models letting the Ascent Verdict move between bows without forcing a new mounting solution. Together the Micro Groove pin design PhotoChromatic shell and Dial of Death yardage system make this a sight built for archers who need fast repeatable precision whether they are chasing a buck at last light or working through yardages on the range.
