Beretta Optima-Choke HP Extended Cylinder Features The Beretta Optima-Choke HP Extended Cylinder is machined from high strength stainless steel giving it the durability to withstand repeated firing cycles without deforming or losing its constriction tolerance. The extended design projects the choke two inches past the muzzle which helps stabilize shot columns slightly longer before they exit the barrel. A cylinder constriction produces the widest most open pattern in the Optima-Choke HP lineup suited to close range work where a tight pattern is unnecessary. The nickel alloy coating on the exterior resists corrosion from weather and repeated handling in the field. Because it is built to the Optima-Choke HP thread pattern this choke tube drops straight into any Beretta barrel cut for that system giving shooters flexibility across multiple shotguns in their lineup. It is fully interchangeable with the A400 Xtreme A400 Xplor A400 Xcel 690 692 DT11 A300 Xtrema and SV10 platforms so one choke can move between guns as needed. The extended profile also makes the choke easier to identify and remove by hand when swapping between constrictions in the field. Shooters who already run Beretta s Optima-Choke HP system will find this cylinder tube a straightforward addition to their choke selection.
