Battle Arms Development Enhanced Pin Set Features The Battle Arms Development Enhanced Pin Set replaces the factory pivot and takedown pins with a patent-pending head design that greatly improves gripping surface and pull strength over mil-spec pins all without resorting to oversized heads that can look out of place. Low-profile pin heads keep drag to a minimum and stay out of the way during handling while remaining compatible with ambidextrous safety selectors since the enhanced takedown pin head does not obstruct the right-side lever. Extended pin tips add .030 inches of length over mil-spec dimensions which noticeably eases starting and pushing the pins out from the left side of the receiver. A cone-shaped bullet tip guide at both pin tips helps prevent accidental tool or bullet slip that could scratch or damage the receiver. Each set includes one enhanced takedown pin one enhanced pivot pin two KNS hardened stainless steel detents and two 17-7 nickel-plated stainless steel pin springs giving the shooter everything needed for a complete swap. The pins fit any AR-15 M16 or M4 style lower receiver using mil-spec .250 inch diameter front pivot and rear takedown pinholes. Machined from aluminum and finished in Flat Dark Earth the color may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the anodization process. Designed and manufactured in the USA this Battle Arms Enhanced Pin Set gives AR owners an easier-to-use distinctly finished upgrade over factory pins.
