Alexander Arms Highlander Features The Alexander Arms Highlander is chambered in 6.5 Grendel a cartridge developed specifically to deliver long range accuracy and energy from an AR pattern platform that typically runs shorter range cartridges. The 11.5 inch barrel pairs with a 1 in 8 inch twist rate a combination tuned to stabilize the heavier higher ballistic coefficient bullets that make 6.5 Grendel effective well beyond typical carbine distances. A black anodized finish covers the aluminum frame providing corrosion resistance and a durable low maintenance exterior for the pistol. The threaded 5/8-24 muzzle ships with a thread protector giving shooters the option to add a suppressor or muzzle device without further gunsmithing. The TCE Alexander Arms branded handguard offers a secure full length gripping surface while a Picatinny top rail provides a reliable mounting platform for a red dot or magnified optic. A mil spec trigger delivers the familiar dependable feel AR shooters expect and the A2 pistol grip rounds out the ergonomics with a proven comfortable grip angle. A standard charging handle keeps manipulation straightforward and familiar to anyone experienced with AR pattern firearms. Shipped with one 10 round magazine the Alexander Arms Highlander is available for sale at GrabAGun for shooters who want long range 6.5 Grendel performance in a compact pistol footprint.
