Accura Bullets Precision-Bond Features The Accura Bullets Precision-Bond projectile is built as a jacketed lead full metal jacket bullet at 230 grains sized to .452 inch for use in .45 ACP handloads. Accura starts each bullet from certified lead and copper a quality control step that keeps the raw materials consistent from batch to batch. Constant inspection throughout the manufacturing and packaging process is what Accura points to as the source of the bullet s accuracy aiming for a product comparable to match grade quality at a lower price point. The round nose jacketed profile feeds reliably through most semi-automatic .45 ACP actions during the reloading and testing process which gives a handloader confidence that function testing a new load will not be undermined by an inconsistent bullet shape. This box contains 250 bullets giving the handloader a substantial supply for working up and refining .45 ACP loads without frequent reordering. As a reloading component rather than a loaded round these bullets require the reloader to supply their own brass powder and primers to complete a cartridge which means every other variable in the finished round stays in the shooter s hands. Accura markets the Precision-Bond line as a value priced alternative to premium match bullets while still targeting tight accuracy standards giving budget minded reloaders a path to match level consistency without match level cost. For handloaders looking to stretch their reloading budget without sacrificing consistency the Accura Bullets Precision-Bond .45 ACP bullet is a practical choice for steady range sessions practice volume and careful load development alike.
