The Winchester XPR is a feature-packed bolt-action rifle that embodies the lasting quality expected from Winchester Repeating Arms. The heart of every XPR rifle is Winchester's M.O.A. Trigger System with the trigger housing and all internal components constructed of polished and hardened carbon steel with a blued finish for added durability and corrosion resistance. The rifle boasts a two-position safety located just in front of the safety button and the cocking indicator on the bolt shroud provides both a tactile and visual reference of the rifle's cocked or uncocked condition. The bolt design offers three front locking lugs and a short 60-degree lift for improved scope clearance while the nickel Teflon coating ensures smooth operation and added corrosion resistance. The chromoly steel barrel on the XPR rifle is precisely button-rifled to create outstanding accuracy with a wide variety of bullet weights and types and the entire barrel is free-floating to eliminate any accuracy-robbing pressure points. The rifle features a one-piece generous trigger guard and magazine frame design and the drilled and tapped chromoly steel receiver adds to its robustness. The synthetic stock with an Inflex Technology recoil pad and a detachable single stack box magazine further enhance the rifle's performance. This Winchester XPR model is chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with a 22" sporter barrel and a recessed target crown. The rifle has a 3+1 capacity and a fixed stock with checkering for a secure grip. The overall length is 42" and the rifle has a twist rate of 1:8". The receiver is made from steel and the sights are drilled and tapped. This left-hand model comes in a sleek black finish making it a reliable and stylish choice for any shooter.
