The Colt CR6960 is Colts response to the request to utilize a Mid-length direct gas impingement system.Colt has exceeded expectations providing you with the ultimate soft shooting system. This rifle begins as a pair of forged Colt receivers with a hard coat anodized finish.Next a 16" medium taper profile was used to help achieve a lower overall weight profile without sacrificing accuracy.Additionally it's worth noting that Colt teamed up with Centurion Arms for an exclusive M-LOK free float hand guard. This hand guard is a touch heavier than others you may be familiar with but it's the same great quality rail you have come to expect. The remaining furniture including the pistol grip stock buffer tube flash hider and fire control group are all standard mil-spec components.Features:Direct Gas Impingement AR-15 Semi Auto Rifle5.56 NATO (Accepts .223 Remington)16" Medium Taper Barrel1:7" Twist RateForged Flat Top Upper Receiver (Hard Coat Anodized Matte Black)Forged Colt CR Lower Receiver (Hard Coat Anodized Finish)A2 Flash HiderBarrel Threaded 1/2x28Mid-Length Gas SystemColt Exclusive Centurion Arms M-LOK Free Float Hand GuardMil-Spec M4 Carbine StockA2 Pistol GripMil-Spec Trigger Guard30 Round MagazineAccepts Standard Pattern AR-15 MagazinesMil-Spec Trigger GroupStandard Safe/Semi Fire Control GroupOverall length 32" Collapsed to 35.5" ExtendedOverall Weight 6.5lbsMatte Black FinishDOWNLOAD THE COLT CR6960 AR15 OWNERS MANUAL
