Scorpion Ammo 5.56mm 55gr FMJ 20-Round Training BoxScorpion Ammo 5.56mm 55-grain FMJ is a brass-cased training load packed 20 rounds to the box, and it is available at Battlehawk Armory for range work. Loaded as 5.56x45mm M193, it publishes 3,165 feet per second and 1,223 foot-pounds. The full metal jacket feeds cleanly and holds a stable path in AR-15 rifles and other 5.56-chambered firearms.Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases keep the empties worth saving after a practice session. The FMJ profile limits jacket fouling compared with exposed-lead bullets, which helps during high-volume drills. Scorpion builds the load for training, target practice, and range shooting rather than as a specialty hunting round.Twenty-five boxes make a 500-round case when a session needs more than one box. The 20-round pack is the practical unit for a short zero check or a few magazines.
