The FN 15 Military Collector M16 rifle brings authentic military heritage directly to civilian collectors and enthusiasts, faithfully replicating the iconic full-length M16 platform with FN's legendary precision and quality. Chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, this semi-automatic rifle features a 20-inch button-broached, chrome-lined barrel with a 1:7" RH twist rate for exceptional accuracy and long-range performance with a wide variety of ammunition. The hard-anodized aluminum flat-top receiver includes a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail for optics mounting, a UID label for that genuine military touch, and an ambidextrous selector switch mirroring the select-fire originals. Built for durability and classic handling, the FN 15 Military Collector M16 comes equipped with a fixed A2 rifle buttstock, Knights Armament M5 RAS handguard with rail adapter covers for accessory attachment, and an A2 pistol grip that delivers the traditional ergonomic feel of Vietnam-era and modern service rifles. The A2-style compensator helps tame muzzle rise, while the direct impingement system ensures reliable cycling and easy maintenance. Iron sights feature an adjustable A2-style rear and fixed front post, providing rapid target acquisition out of the box or as a solid backup to mounted optics. Weighing 8.2 pounds with an overall length of 39.5 inches, this rifle balances heft for stability with manageable handling, and it ships with a 30-round aluminum magazine featuring a low-friction follower for smooth feeding. Every detail-from the forward assist to the ergonomic magazine release-honors the legacy of the M16 while meeting modern standards for reliability and collectibility.
