The Blackout Dynamics Quantum DTL-X Helix Rifle in .223 Wylde combines cutting-edge engineering with tactical reliability in a right-handed, forward assist configuration built for precision and hard-use performance. Featuring a polished cryogenic-treated 13.9" mid-length barrel pinned and welded to the Blackout Defense Plan B Long pattern hybrid muzzle device (black nitride finish) for a legal 16" overall length, this rifle delivers exceptional accuracy and suppressor compatibility. The patented Dual Taper Lock (DTL) system ensures perfect bore centricity, eliminates axial movement, and provides superior rigidity and harmonic dampening over the chamber, resulting in flatter shooting, reduced heat-induced shift, and sustained sub-MOA groups. Paired with the integrated Helix Gas Regulating Barrel System, shooters gain toolless infinite gas adjustment, full restriction capability, duty-lock security, and proven full-auto durability-ideal for minimizing backpressure, gas blowback, and wear when running suppressed or unsuppressed. Finished in sleek Blackout Black across the ambi lower, forward assist upper, and M-LOK handguard, this rifle maintains a low-profile, professional appearance while incorporating premium components like the Blackout Dynamics BCG (HP/MPI tested), Zero 3lb flat trigger for crisp short-reset performance, Stryker black anodized ambidextrous charging handle, Magpul Enhanced black ejection port cover, and 45/90Adeg ambi black anodized safety selector. Additional refinements include Magpul MOE SL black stock, Magpul MOE black grip, black anodized buffer tube, black nitride hardware, and anti-rotation pinned handguard for monolithic-like stability. Every detail-from the hand-polished chamber and EDM-cut lugs to the enhanced 17-4 stainless barrel extension torqued to 150 ft-lbs-prioritizes consistency, reduced maintenance, and longevity in demanding environments. Designed for right-handed shooters who value ergonomics and innovation, the Quantum DTL-X Helix excels in tactical, defensive, competitive, or recreational roles where precision, reliability, and seamless suppressor integration matter most. Its backwards-compatible Helix system and cryogenic barrel treatment enhance velocity and smoothness while the overall build addresses common AR-15 pain points like thermal deflection and gas management head-on. Backed by Blackout Dynamics' accuracy guarantee and lifetime support, this rifle represents the next evolution in modern AR-15 platforms.
