The Altra Experience Wild 3+ GTX takes Altra&';s grippiest trail runner and seals it against the elements with a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, so you can chase trail-running euphoria through mud, puddles, and wet grass with dry feet. It pairs a VibramA(R) Megagrip outsole with Traction Lug and an integrated toe bumper for confident grip on all terrain, while the new Altra EGO(TM) P35 midsole foam delivers a light, efficient, responsive ride.A redesigned heel collar and updated fit construction give a more comfortable, secure feel underfoot. The signature Altra FootShape(TM) fit leaves room for your toes to splay naturally with a secure midfoot, and a low 4mm drop with rocker-shape geometry promotes natural body alignment and an efficient toe-off. An integrated GaiterTrap(TM) detail lets you easily attach a Trail Gaiter to keep debris out.
