Classic 1911 Styling. Distinctive AMT Heritage. A Handgun You Don't See Every Day! If you're a fan of classic 1911-style pistols, here's something a little different! This AMT Government Model, chambered in the legendary .45 ACP, offers the timeless appeal of a full-size Government Model handgun with the distinctive character of an American-made AMT. Manufactured by Arcadia Machine & Tool (AMT), these pistols became known for their stainless-steel construction and traditional 1911-inspired design. While Colt, Springfield, and other major manufacturers tend to dominate the 1911 market, AMT pistols have developed their own following among enthusiasts who appreciate unique and less commonly encountered firearms. Featuring a 5" barrel and classic single-action semi-automatic operation, this Government Model delivers the familiar handling and substantial feel that have made the 1911 platform a favorite for generations. This is a used handgun that includes one magazine. The original factory box is not included. What makes this pistol particularly interesting is that you simply don't see AMT Government Models on the shelf every day. For collectors looking to branch out beyond the usual 1911 manufacturers, this is an opportunity to add something distinctive to the collection. Whether you're an AMT enthusiast, a dedicated 1911 collector, or someone who appreciates classic American-made handguns, this AMT Government Model in .45 ACP deserves a closer look. Not just another 1911-this is an AMT, and that's what makes it interesting!
