Product Description
Product DescriptionThe Kansept K9 K1151A4 pairs a Damascus modified wharncliffe blade with a Twill Carbon Fiber/G10 Laminate and Blackwash Titanium handle. It was designed by Texas-based Keanison Knives (Bryan Montalvo), who first released the K9 as a frame lock in 2020 and has refined it into this version with signature handle accents. The 3.63" acid-etched Damascus steel blade has a flat grind and a bold, non-traditional profile, and every pattern is unique. The angle between handle and blade keeps your knuckles clear when you bear down on hard cuts. The sculpted handle pairs a twill carbon fiber/G10 laminate with blackwash titanium for grip and a stealthy look. An extended backspacer adds rigidity and a built-in lanyard slot.Dual thumb studs on a ceramic bearing pivot give fast one-handed opening, and Kansept&';s bolster liner lock with a steel lock insert gives solid lockup. At 4.86 oz and 8.64" open, the K9 is a substantial EDC with collector-grade materials.Shop all Kansept knives here.Specifications Model: K9 K1151A4 Manufacturer: Kansept Designer: Keanison Knives (Bryan Montalvo) Knife Type: Folding Knife (Manual) Blade Material: Damascus Blade Finish: Acid Etched Blade Style: Modified Wharncliffe, Flat Grind Handle Material: Twill Carbon Fiber/G10 Laminate with Blackwash Titanium Lock Type: Bolster Liner Lock with steel lock insert Opener: Dual Thumb Studs Pivot: Ceramic Bearings Overall Length: 8.64" (219.4 mm) Blade Length: 3.63" (92.1 mm) Blade Thickness: 0.118" (3.0 mm) Weight: 4.86 oz (137.8 g)
