evo.com | Rossignol Ski & Binding Packages > The new Rossignol Arcade 78 Skis + Xpress 10 GW Bindings aren't noodles, but they're certainly the easiest of the new Arcade line to get up and running on - a frontside ski designed to let you progress with the least hassle, but provide rewarding performance once you master the mechanics of skiing. With a strong Poplar wood core and added LIne Control Technology, the Arcade 78 is a confident ride on groomed snow. Rocker-Camber Poplar Wood Core Rectangular Sidewalls Rectangular Sidewall constructions feature a horizontal layering of core materials (wood, fiberglass, metal, etc.) combined with full-length vertical sidewalls to deliver optimized edge grip, precision, balance, and power. Line Control Technology (LCT) A central power rail in the middle of the wood core increases torsional stiffness.
