The Head Power Joy System Ski, Protector PR 11 GW Binding, and Nordica The Cruise Ski Boot make up an all-mountain ski package for progressing skiers on groomed runs. The boot's GripWalk Extra-Grip soles match the binding's GripWalk compatibility, so the boot that walks to the lift is the boot that clicks into the binding. Full Heel Release in the binding helps reduce stress on the knees in forward and backward twisting falls. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"The soft boot lets me find my balance without fighting it, and the ski's damping keeps firm groomers from rattling my feet, which is why this package suits a skier who's still building speed. As that speed climbs, the ski and binding have room to grow, and the boot is the piece I'd revisit first."
