The Dynastar E-Cross 82 Xpress System Ski, Look Xpress W 11 GW Binding, and Nordica The Cruise Ski Boot make up an all-mountain ski package for intermediate skiers, with the binding's low stand height keeping the boot close to a ski that channels power to the edges. The binding's 83 millimeter brake width sits just wider than the ski's waist, so the pairing stays matched. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"In chopped snow beside the trail, the ski's titanal layer takes the chatter out before it reaches my feet, and the soft boot lets me stay balanced while the snow changes underfoot. That's why I'd put an intermediate skier who's starting to leave the groomers on this package."
