The Bala Play Mat is a 5mm yoga and Pilates mat with a cushioned natural rubber base and a non-slip, moisture-wicking top layer. The rubber base is durable enough for regular Pilates, stretching, and quick home workouts. Its portal-shaped silhouette suits a mat that stays out on the floor between sessions. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"On a hard floor, the rubber base cushions my knees and spine through Pilates roll-downs, and the mat stays put the whole class. In a sweaty downward dog, the top layer pulls moisture away from my hands, so they stay where I put them."
