The Trijicon RMR Type 2 RM06 in FDE is the same workhorse pistol-RDS as the black RM06 - only the color changes. Type 2 brought improved electronics and a redesigned circuit board that handles slide-cycling stress on duty and competition pistols. The 3.25 MOA dot is the sweet spot for carry and duty work: precise enough for distance, fast enough up close. Specs: Reticle: 3.25 MOA adjustable LED red dot Housing: 7075-T6 forged aluminum, hardcoat anodized FDE Illumination: 8 brightness settings + 2 night-vision compatible (manual control) Adjustment: 1 MOA windage and elevation, 150 MOA total travel each direction Battery: CR2032, side-loading Battery life: ~4 years at brightness setting 4 Weight: 1.2 oz Footprint: Trijicon RMR (industry-standard) Waterproof: IPX7, submersible to 65 feet Auto-OFF after 16.5 hours of inactivity, motion-sensing wake FDE vs Black: Mechanically identical.
