"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: ""I used this with the chinbar on for a few gate training sessions, then pulled it off for regular laps. It’s easy to switch setups, and the fit system keeps it locked in whether I’m racing or just cruising.""We line up for early training laps knowing the Ledge SL Mips Helmet from Giro is built to handle both race days and everything in between. With the chinbar installed, it gives us added confidence running gates, and when the course clears, we can remove it and keep riding without changing helmets. The integrated Mips system is designed to help reduce rotational forces in certain impacts, while the hard shell construction delivers reliable durability for repeated use. Giro’s In Form Fit System allows quick, glove-friendly adjustments, and vertical tuning helps dial in the interface with goggles for a seamless fit. The removable chinbar expands the helmet’s range, turning it from race-focused protection into a daily driver for park laps and freeride sessions."
