"Women's Saucony® Guide TR: If you love the cushioned feel of a road shoe but want something that can handle dirt, gravel, and light trail running, the Guide TR is worth a close look. This women's trail running shoe brings max cushioning to mixed-surface running, giving you the comfort you'd expect on the road with the grip and durability to handle off-road terrain. The PWRUN midsole provides a broad, cushioned base underfoot with responsive energy return, so longer efforts on varied terrain don't wear you down. The PWRTRAC outsole features 3.5mm lugs that dig in on loose or uneven surfaces, giving you confident traction whether you're crossing a gravel path or a packed dirt trail. The breathable mesh upper keeps things light and ventilated while adding enough structure to protect your foot from the bumps and debris that come with off-road running. It's a shoe that transitions naturally from pavement to trail without asking you to give up cushioning to get there. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I recommended the Guide TR to a customer who runs mostly roads but wanted something she could take on the trails around her neighborhood without buying a second pair of shoes. The cushioning feels substantial underfoot, and those lugs actually grip - she came back and said she felt way more confident on the loose stuff than she expected."" - Rachel, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Carlsbad, CAWho It's Best ForThe Guide TR is a great fit for women who split their runs between roads and trails and want one shoe that handles both without sacrificing cushioning.
