A Portable Outdoor Essential. A saw is an essential piece of survival gear. The longer the saw, the easier to use, but the harder to carry. SOG has achieved a nice balance between the two with their reliable Folding Saw. This tool has a 8.25" blade of hardened and tempered steel that makes short work of branches, small logs, and more. A comfortable handle helps to cut deep and true on each and every pull stroke. The extremely sharp teeth are differentially tempered for long life and work on green as well as hard wood. This folding saw is rounded out with a black coat finish and soft thermoplastic rubber grip that feels great in the hand. A quality tool to keep close as you tackle the wild. Light With Bite Super portable for hiking and trekking, this wood saw unfolds to 17.25 to tackle tasks big and small. Made with high carbon steel, this lightweight yet durable camp saw weighs in at just 9.2oz to keep your hiking load light. Separable Blade The Folding Saw s blade is designed to make quick work of multiple tasks, cutting true and deep with each and every pull stroke and if it ever dulls, can be detached for replacement. This compact hand saw features two types of replacement blades including its original wood saw blade (#F11B-001) or a more hunting focused bone saw blade (#F11B-002). Ballistic Nylon Sheath This pruning saw folds easy to fit into its nylon sheath, making it an easy carry camping saw to take to the wild.
