The Shimano Vanquish C Spinning Reel marks a highly anticipated entry into the North American market, delivering elite-level lightweight performance for both freshwater and inshore anglers. Designed and manufactured in Japan, the Vanquish C is built for those who demand extreme sensitivity, effortless control, and refined performance in every cast and retrieve. At its core is Shimano s Magnumlite (MGL) Rotor, which reduces rotational inertia for faster start-up and heightened sensitivity ideal for finesse techniques and light-line applications. The lightweight yet rigid HAGANE Body combined with CI4+ construction ensures durability without added weight, while MicroModule II gearing and InfinityDrive technology provide exceptionally smooth and powerful retrieves. Engineered for versatility, the Vanquish C features X-Protect water resistance for reliable use in both freshwater and inshore environments. Advanced systems like InfinityLoop and the Long Stroke Spool enhance casting distance and line management, while the Duracross Drag system delivers consistent and controlled pressure when fighting fish.
