The Faxon Match Series Flame Fluted Threaded Barrel for Glock G17 Gen 5 is a premium upgrade engineered for shooters who demand enhanced accuracy, reliability, and durability. Machined 100% in-house from stress-relieved 416-R stainless steel, this barrel features tighter-than-OEM tolerances for a more consistent lockup and improved precision. Conventional rifling allows the use of a wider range of ammunition, including cast lead, while the 11 target crown ensures consistent bullet release. Finished with a full salt bath nitride treatment inside and out, the barrel offers exceptional corrosion resistance, lubricity, and long service life. The patented Flame Fluted profile reduces weight, increases surface area for improved cooling, and delivers a distinctive, aggressive appearance. Designed as a true drop-in component, this threaded barrel installs easily into factory-spec Glock G17 Gen 5 slides with no gunsmithing required and is proudly manufactured in Faxon s Greater Cincinnati, Ohio facility under ISO:9001 and AS:9100 certifications.
