Developed by legendary lure designer and swimbait angler Mike Bucca, the Dobyns Mike Bucca Bull Shad Series Casting Rods deliver the ideal action for fishing Mike s 6 11 Bull Shads and a wide range of other large swimbaits. Built on the same platform as the highly successful Dobyns Swimbait Rod lineup, these rods feature an ultra-sensitive high modulus graphite blank with Kevlar wrapping that provides exceptional balance and strength. Each blank is carefully splined to ensure optimal performance on every cast. Designed with a fast action that leans toward the slower side, these rods excel when throwing jointed hard baits and glide baits with treble hooks, allowing anglers to make long, accurate casts while maintaining control during the fight. Outfitted with premium components throughout, the rods include Sea Guide s durable XO Guide system and a dependable Fuji reel seat for a solid reel connection. Finished with a full EVA foam handle, the Dobyns Mike Bucca Bull Shad Series Casting Rods are purpose-built for modern swimbait techniques.
