The Sordin Helmet Adapter Kit for Ops-Core & MSA ARC Rails is covered under the standard Sordin Manufacturer Warranty Policy for genuine mechanical accessories. This official policy guarantees protection against inherent design flaws, material imperfections, or manufacturing-related defects that emerge under normal, intended field operations. Because this is a passive mechanical hardware accessory rather than an electronic system, it falls outside Sordin's extended five-year electronic coverage. To initiate a claim, original purchasers must present a valid proof of purchase receipt directly to the authorized reseller or dealer where the kit was originally sourced. Please note that the warranty explicitly excludes coverage for cosmetic wear, accidental drop impacts, improper helmet rail installations, or secondary structural damage caused by unauthorized product alterations.
