Built For Serious Strength Training SHIELD™ combines a cast iron core with a durable protective rubber coating to deliver the feel and stability experienced lifters expect. The rubber layer helps reduce noise, protects flooring and equipment from impact, and resists chipping and corrosion over time. Whether you're building a home gym or upgrading a commercial training space, these plates are designed for years of heavy use. Dual Handles More Than Just Barbell Plates The integrated dual-handle grip design allows safe carrying, quick loading, and off-bar exercises such as plate presses, carries, rows, and rotational movements. Olympic Fit Precision 2" Center Hole The 2" (50.4 mm) center hole is engineered for Olympic barbells, providing a secure fit with smooth loading and reduced plate movement during lifts.
