Looking for nutrition fuel for long days on the trails, mountains, at the gym or the crag? Gnarly Nutrition’s Fuel 2 0 is your all-in-one, vegan-friendly solution. Created with fueling, replenishment and recovery in mind. Gnarly Fuel 2 0 contains 100 calories per 12 oz serving from sucrose and dextrose, two carbohydrates that are easy to digest during big endurance efforts. Research supports that using a combination of sucrose and dextrose increases carbohydrate absorption during exercise more than when a single carbohydrate, like dextrose, is consumed alone. Increased carbohydrate absorption also means improved fluid delivery and better hydration. Gnarly Fuel 2 O replaces the electrolytes you lose when you sweat, supplying 250mg of sodium per serving as well as the electrolytes chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Gnarly Fuel2O also contains HMB, a metabolite of the branched chain amino acid leucine, which helps to minimize muscle protein breakdown, resulting in less post-training soreness and a faster turnaround between hard training sessions and races. Gnarly Fuel 2 O is available in two caffeine-free flavors – Tropical & Limeade – and one caffeinated flavor – Cherry Cola, that are light on flavor, and delicious. Created with fueling, replenishment and recovery in mind. Calories come from the easy-to-digest carbohydrates sucrose and dextrose, providing quick energy without causing an upset stomach. One serving of Gnarly Fuel 2 0 contains 100 calories per 12 ounces, which can be the perfect hourly caloric intake for shorter training sessions, while longer efforts may require two servings per hour, or 200 calories per 24 ounces. Replaces the electrolytes lost when sweating, supplying 250 mg of sodium per serving, as well as the electrolytes chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Helps you recover by delivering HMB, a metabolite of the branched chain amino acid leucine, which helps to minimize muscle protein breakdown resulting in a faster turnaround between hard training sessions and races.
