Product Description

The EZ Jerky Shooter is a jerky gun that makes homemade jerky and snack sticks from lean ground meat. Its Snap-LoK tube opens fully, clamshell style, so you can load a full pound of meat in seconds and reach the whole surface when it is time to clean. A heavy-duty stainless steel torsion system presses an even strip every time, and three nozzles (1/2 in. round, 3/4 in. flat and 5/8 in. dual flat) let you switch between jerky strips and snack sticks. It works with venison, elk, beef, buffalo, turkey or chicken; for best results, use meat that is 90 to 95% lean. After deer season, it is the easiest way to turn ground venison into deer jerky without the additives and preservatives in store-bought jerky. The tube is top-rack dishwasher safe and backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
