Combining the compact slide of the G19 with the full-sized frame of the G17, the GLOCK 45 delivers an exceptional blend of handling, control and capacity. The GLOCK 45 Gen6 Optics-Ready Semi-Auto Pistol with Aimpoint COA Sight takes the performance to the next level with updated ergonomics, enhanced grip texturing, and a flat trigger with reduced reach. The updated grip now features a palmswell built around the ideal average hand size along with new RTF6 texturing that's more comfortable and less abrasive. The trigger itself now features a flat blade and reduced reach from the rear of the slide a nice upgrade for shooters who found the grip too big or blocky. That said, the trigger pull is identical to prior models. Of course, your older 9mm double-stack magazines will still function in the Gen6, but it should be noted that older barrels are not compatible with the new model. This model comes with an Aimpoint COA Sight featuring an enclosed design, wide field of view, and up to 50,000 hours of battery life. Package includes 2 extra backstraps of different sizes. Improvements over previous generations: Updated grip ergonomics with palmswell RTF6 grip texturing is more comfortable and less abrasive Pronounced trigger undercut for higher grip Flat-blade trigger with reduced reach Slide A-cut with Aimpoint COA enclosed optic Larger beavertail for higher grip
