First and foremost, the grip now features a palmswell built around the ideal average hand size along with new RTF6 texturing that's more comfortable and less abrasive. The trigger itself now features a flat blade and reduced reach from the rear of the slide a nice upgrade for shooters who found the grip too big or blocky. That said, the trigger pull is identical to prior models. This model features the A-CUT slide optics cut that accommodates the included Aimpoint COA Optic without the use of adapter plates. The Aimpoint COA Sight features an enclosed design, wide field of view, and up to 50,000 hours of battery life. Your older 9mm double-stack magazines will still function in the Gen6, but it should be noted that older barrels are not compatible with the new model.
