The National Ordnance Model 1903A3 chambered in the venerable .30-06 Springfield is a rugged, modern adaptation of America's legendary military bolt-action workhorse. Originally built utilizing a mix of genuine, military-surplus USGI components mated to a commercial investment-cast steel receiver, this rifle has been fully sporterized to excel as a highly capable hunting and field platform. It features a full-length 24-inch barrel that maximizes the hard-hitting ballistic velocity and downrange energy of the .30-06 cartridge, making it an excellent choice for a wide variety of North American big game. Rehoused in a lightweight, weather-resistant black synthetic stock, it trades the heavy, traditional military wood for a modern, low-maintenance setup built to shrug off harsh field conditions and wet weather. Complete with the iconic, smooth-cycling Mauser-style bolt action, this sporterized 1903A3 offers shooters a unique blend of mid-century surplus heritage and practical, lightweight functionality at an accessible price point
