"Tinkering with Spooks is not only fun, it's highly productive. The Heddon Spook Stick Crawler is a great example. In keeping with the world's longest-standing lure company's reputation for innovation, Heddon has taken the classic Spook body, weighted it for a super-slow sink, and added a unique metal lip that allows for a subsurface bulging retrieve that leaves a pronounced V-wake as it tools along. The Spook Stick Crawler doesn't exactly walk, doesn't exactly glideget the speed down, and it just swims along with that hypnotic left-right ""seeking"" motion that bass just love to plaster. Try one, and you'll quickly see how it got its name. Classic Spook body, slightly weighted Fitted with a unique metal lip Runs just under the surface, leaving a wake Hypnotic side-to-side motion"
