The Pelican POSEIDON kayak paddle is a tool of choice for your next kayak adventure. Impact-resistant, it features fiberglass reinforced polypropylene blades, a two-piece aluminum shaft, drip rings, and 0 to 65 degrees blade angle adjustment. Perfect for all your trips on the water! INDEXING feature: To ensure you are holding your paddle properly, there is a very subtle variation in the shaft of our paddles. The shaft goes from a rounded shape to a slightly oval shape (called indexing) which serves as a reference to where you should be placing your right hand. This allows you to grip the paddle firmly with your right hand and loosely with your left hand, which will prevent fatigue and lead to a more pleasurable experience.Specifications and Features:Sturdy 2-piece aluminum shaftImpact-resistant fiberglass reinforced polypropylene blade for great durabilityAdjustable drip rings to help keep hands dry for a better gripEnforced push-button connection with 0-65? angle adjustmentOur 89 inch (226cm) long paddle is not too short and not too long.
