Surefire 628LMF-B Forend Weaponlight Features The Surefire 628LMF-B Forend Weaponlight is purpose built to replace the factory forend on an H&K MP5 HK53 or HK94 integrating high output illumination directly into the handguard rather than bolting an accessory onto a rail. Its LED emitter is focused by a TIR lens to produce a smooth brilliant 1000 lumen beam tuned for close to medium range engagements where speed and target identification matter most. That output is backed by a stated range of 200 meters giving the shooter enough reach to positively identify a threat well beyond typical room and hallway distances. Two CR123A batteries power the system for about 1.25 hours of continuous runtime enough for sustained low light operations. Control comes from a dual switch layout with a momentary on pressure pad integrated into the right side of the forend and a rocker type constant on switch on the left letting the shooter activate the light without breaking a normal firing grip. The polymer and aluminum housing measures 9.48 inches overall with a 1.125 inch head diameter keeping the light compact while standing up to hard use. Everything needed is included in the box: the forend weaponlight itself a CR123A battery and the mounting hardware required for installation. Built for operators who rely on their MP5 pattern firearm in low light conditions the Surefire 628LMF-B is available for sale at GrabAGun as a direct drop-in furniture upgrade.
