Stern Defense Mag-AD Features The Stern Defense Mag-AD flared magwell accessory is machined from Delrin a material chosen for its durability and ability to hold a precise shape under repeated use. Its flared profile widens the entry point of the magwell guiding magazines into place more reliably during fast reloads. This is a meaningful advantage for competitive shooters and anyone training for defensive scenarios where a fumbled reload can cost critical time. The matte black finish keeps the accessory visually consistent with most AR-15 builds while resisting glare. Designed specifically to fit Stern AR9 adapters the Mag-AD flared magwell is a purpose built addition for shooters who have already configured their AR-15 to accept pistol caliber magazines through Stern s adapter system. Because it is built around that specific interface it integrates cleanly without requiring additional modification or fitting work. The combination of a durable Delrin construction and a function focused flared design reflects Stern Defense s broader approach to building practical reliability focused components. For AR-15 owners running Stern AR9 adapters who want faster more consistent reloads the Mag-AD is available for sale at GrabAGun.
