Shaw Barrels AR15 Barrel Features The Shaw Barrels AR15 Barrel is built around a 1:7.5 twist rate matched to 6mm ARC giving heavier bullets the spin rate they need for stable flight and consistent long range accuracy. The HBAR profile adds mass along the barrel for better heat management during strings of fire while spiral fluting removes material to offset some of that added weight without sacrificing rigidity. A rifle length gas system paired with a dimpled .750 gas block diameter promotes reliable consistent cycling across a range of ammunition. The 30 caliber feed ramp cut and 6.5 Grendel Type II / ARC bolt headspace specification ensure correct chambering and feeding in a properly matched upper build. Machined from 416R stainless steel and finished in bead blast matte this barrel resists corrosion while presenting a non reflective understated look suited to range and field use alike. The 5/8x24 threaded muzzle accepts a wide range of muzzle devices letting shooters tune recoil and muzzle rise to their build. At 18 in length and 2.20 lbs the barrel balances the velocity benefits of a longer barrel with a profile still practical for a general purpose AR15 rifle. Built in the USA the Shaw Barrels AR15 Barrel is a straightforward upgrade for AR15 builders and 6mm ARC enthusiasts looking for precision and durability for sale at GrabAGun.
