SAR USA SAR9 SOCOM Compact Features The SAR USA SAR9 SOCOM Compact brings a tactical feature set to the mid-size SAR9 platform in 9mm. Its 4.7 threaded steel barrel finished in black like the rest of the pistol accepts suppressors and compensators for users who want to extend the pistol s capability for suppressed duty work or range use. The slide is optic cut and serrated with an RMSc footprint letting a red dot sight bolt directly on for faster target acquisition without a separate adapter plate while the added slide serrations give a sure grip for racking the slide under stress or with gloved hands. Tritium night sights come standard giving the shooter a usable sight picture in low light even without the optic mounted so the pistol stays reliable as a duty or home defense option around the clock. The polymer frame integrates a Picatinny rail for mounting a weapon light or laser extending the pistol s usefulness after dark or in a defensive role and an interchangeable backstrap grip lets the shooter adjust the fit of the grip to their hand size for a more natural point of aim. A flat face trigger breaks between 3.4 and 5.6 lbs giving a crisp and consistent press that helps shooters place rounds accurately whether at the range or under pressure and a flared magwell speeds up reloads by guiding the magazine into the grip without fumbling. At 5.3 tall 1.4 wide and 1.76 lbs unloaded the pistol stays compact enough for concealed or duty carry while still offering a full-size shooting experience. The SAR USA SAR9 SOCOM Compact ships with two 10-round magazines giving shooters a ready reserve of ammunition out of the box for sale at GrabAGun.
