Rearden Argos Features The Rearden Argos Scope Mount is machined from 7075-T651 aluminum a material chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio in demanding mounting applications. Its 1.94 height is set to clear larger objective bells while still allowing a comfortable cheek weld and the 30mm tube clamp accommodates a wide range of riflescopes. The anodized Flat Dark Earth finish resists wear and corrosion while matching popular rifle finishes. Mounting to a standard Picatinny rail the Argos installs on nearly any modern rifle platform already equipped with a rail. At 7.75 in length and 11 oz the mount spreads clamping force over a longer rail section for added stability without adding excessive weight to the rifle. Rearden builds the Argos around the idea that a mount should never be the weak link between a rifle and its optic so the construction favors rigidity over cutting corners. The mount suits precision rifles built for long-range shooting where return-to-zero reliability matters. For shooters assembling a dependable optics setup the Rearden Argos offers a proven mounting foundation.
