Lancer Systems L7AWM Gen 2 Magazine for SR-25 Features The Lancer Systems L7AWM Gen 2 magazine was engineered by combining the best features of Lancer s own L5AWM and the SIG Sauer SIG MPX magazine to create a tougher more reliable 7.62x51mm magazine for the AR-10 platform. Its proprietary polymer body is impact and chemical resistant meeting or exceeding military testing standards while remaining lightweight compared to an all steel magazine. Hardened steel feed lips wrap completely around the magazine body rather than just capping the top a design choice that boosts stiffness and prevents the front of the magazine from dimpling even after extended storage loaded. A switchable drain lock built into the floor plate lets users configure the magazine for marine environments or extremely dusty conditions draining moisture or debris that would otherwise interfere with feeding. A non-tilt follower paired with a stainless steel spring allows the L7AWM to be stored fully loaded for extended periods without degrading spring performance or reliability an important feature for duty or storage ready magazines. This Gen 2 version is finished in an opaque Flat Dark Earth polymer that cannot be seen through unlike Lancer s translucent models giving it a tactical appearance suited to builds already running FDE furniture. Designed to be compatible with the SR-25 DPMS AR-10 SIG 716 LMT LM308 POF P308 and S&W M&P-10 this 25-round magazine covers the overwhelming majority of AR-10 pattern rifles on the market. Made tooled and assembled entirely in the USA the Lancer L7AWM Gen 2 is a proven duty grade magazine available for sale at GrabAGun.
