Howa Ammo Boost Mag Kit for Remington 700 Features The Howa Ammo Boost Mag Kit converts a Remington 700 BDL s fixed hinged floorplate into a fast detachable box magazine system chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. The kit s two main components the magazine itself and a drop-in bottom metal assembly replace the factory triggerguard and floorplate as a single unit. Built from reinforced injection-molded impact-resistant polymer the kit holds up to repeated loading and unloading without adding significant weight to the rifle. With a 5 round capacity it gives hunters and shooters the ability to swap a loaded magazine in seconds rather than topping off rounds one at a time through the action. Installation is designed to be fast and simple with the factory floorplate assembly removed and the Legacy Sports International parts dropped in using factory torque specs on the mounting screws. Shooters can save the original factory part if they ever want to return the rifle to its stock configuration. Finished in black to match most factory stocks the kit blends in visually while delivering a genuine functional upgrade. For Remington 700 BDL owners who want detachable magazine convenience without buying a new rifle the Ammo Boost kit is a direct cost-effective solution.
