Grey Ghost Precision AR-15 Receiver Stripped Lower Features The Grey Ghost Precision AR-15 Receiver is precisely machined from 7075-T6 aluminum billet stock giving it tighter tolerances and a more consistent fit than a forged receiver. A flared magwell speeds up magazine changes under time pressure which matters for both competition shooters and anyone training for personal defense. An integral trigger guard adds strength at a common stress point while keeping the lower s profile clean. Pictogram safe and fire indicators give a quick intuitive visual reference for the selector s position without needing to read text engravings a small detail that pays off when a shooter is working the controls under stress or low light. An ambidextrous bolt release comes standard letting left and right handed shooters alike run the bolt without breaking their firing grip a feature that makes this lower a natural fit for builders who want the finished rifle to run equally well for any shooter in the household. The receiver is finished in a true black Type III Class 2 hard coat anodize a mil-spec level coating that stands up to repeated handling holster wear and outdoor exposure so the lower keeps its appearance and corrosion resistance over years of use. Because it is marked Multi Cal this stripped lower serves as the starting point for whichever AR-15 caliber upper the builder chooses to run giving the finished rifle real flexibility as calibers and uppers are swapped over time.
