Flextone Lightning Owl Features The Flextone Lightning Owl combines the volume of a barrel call with the responsiveness of a reed call giving hunters an instant loud locator sound with just a push of the tone button. The oversized barrel builds backpressure automatically so the call produces convincing owl hoots without the breath control that traditional owl calls demand. Two exhaust ports one positioned on top and one built into the body work together to project sound further and make the call easier to use consistently in the field. This combination makes the Lightning Owl approachable for hunters at any experience level from first-timers to veterans looking for a dependable locator. Once a hunter has the basics down the soft flexible body of the Lightning Owl can be bent and twisted to vary the pitch and tone adding realism and helping avoid calling fatigue on gobblers that have heard the same sound too many times. The brown finish keeps the call low-profile in a vest or pocket and its compact size makes it easy to carry alongside other turkey calls without adding bulk. Built for locating birds before first light or confirming a tom s position through the morning the Lightning Owl is a straightforward tool for any turkey hunter s lineup.
