Dickinson Adam 1911 Commander Features The Dickinson Arms Adam 1911 Commander is built around a forged steel frame produced through a specialized hot forging process that uses purpose designed molds to increase material strength before the frame ever reaches CNC machining. That same forging discipline carries into the barrel which is shaped and strengthened through deep hole drilling groove set drawing and precision CNC machining to deliver a tight accurate final form. The serrated slide is likewise hot forged for added durability then precision machined so every dimension holds to tight tolerances under the stress of repeated cycling. Every frame barrel and slide is checked with precision gauges throughout production so the finished pistol meets a consistent standard of fit and function. A steel frame with an integral beavertail helps manage recoil and protects the shooter s hand during rapid strings of fire while the thumb safety offers straightforward single action control that 1911 shooters expect. Fixed front and rear sights keep the sighting system simple and durable for daily use and wood grip panels add classic styling along with a secure purchase in hand. The shiny black finish across the frame slide and barrel gives the Adam 1911 Commander a clean uniform look while the underlying steel construction stands up to regular range sessions. Built for 9mm Luger and holding 9+1 rounds this Commander sized 1911 suits shooters who want proven single action ergonomics in a compact carry friendly package backed by forged steel construction throughout.
