Dickinson Adam 1911 Commander Features The Dickinson Adam 1911 Commander is built around forged steel construction for both the frame and the barrel a manufacturing choice aimed at unmatched durability and long term strength under repeated use. The slide is precision machined on CNC equipment so every dimension and specification meets tight tolerances resulting in smooth cycling and reliable lockup. A 4.37 inch button rifled barrel in .45 ACP delivers the accuracy that rifling style is known for while the matte black finish on the frame slide and barrel resists wear and glare in the field. The serrated slide gives a confident purchase for racking under stress or with gloved hands. The steel frame incorporates an integrated beavertail that seats high in the hand and helps manage recoil during rapid strings of fire a feature valued by both competitive and defensive shooters. A thumb safety and a bead front sight round out the control layout keeping the manual of arms familiar to any 1911 shooter. Wood grips add classic styling while providing a secure textured gripping surface. With an 8+1 capacity and a Commander length barrel the Dickinson Adam 1911 offers a balance of concealability and shootability for sale at GrabAGun.
